I came. I shopped. I got as much as I could get of what I needed or wanted, getting bargains whenever possible. Bargains these days are impossible. Market32 is a great set of stores & still tries to be a relevant "Price Chopper", πŸ‘Œ , but inflation is killing us. 😳 As an example, I bought a name brand bottle of grape juice. I had no choice. It was the only available brand for a reasonable price, and I was happy because it was maybe almost a dollar less than the last time I purchased grape juice. It wasn't until a few days later that I opened it to discover that it wasn't juice, but grape drink, & was almost entirely water. It wasn't 30 or 40% juice either, like grape drink was until recently. No, it was only 18% juice. That was the most expensive flavored water I think I'd ever had!

I had a very disappointing experience at Price Chopper. I went in for a promotion (buy two packs of soda, get one free), but the store was out of one of the qualifying items. When I asked both a manager and an assistant manager what my options were, I was told there was β€œnothing they could do.” No alternatives were offeredβ€”no substitutions, no rain checkβ€”nothing. What made the situation worse was the attitude. Both employees were dismissive and unhelpful, which is not what I expect when speaking to management. In addition to that, I was very concerned about the condition of the meat and deli area. The refrigeration units appeared rusty, and the meat was sitting directly on those surfaces. That raises serious questions about cleanliness and food safety. Overall, this experience left me frustrated and uncomfortable. I hope the store takes steps to improve both customer service and sanitation standards.

I always rave about Price Chopperβ€˜s fried chicken. I always say it’s better than Kentucky fried which it is usually today. I purchased it and brought it home and ate it an hour later the coding on it was so bad you couldn’t even bite into it. it was terrible. I don’t know if they set a timer for cooking this chicken or they wait till whatever but this time it was terrible. I think I’m checking out on buying this again

All within one week and three different shopping experiences I was sold Mac & cheese that has mold on it (not even a sorry from staff), was sold and open contaminated jar jelly (again stuff didn’t care in the slightest for me making multiple trips do to their products being unsafe and not meeting serve safe standards or food safety standards), finally was sold salad mix that was brown and dripping. So needless to say terrible experience and very unhappy with how it was handled. They do not F.I.F.O (first in first out) that is clear and are fine with selling disgusting unsafe products. Went back and look what I found in the bread section. Yum yum this store is mold city apparently.
